We supported the NEAR Foundation in understanding how to support new users onboarding to their L1 through mixed methods interviews examining users needs, goals, and the usability of various onboarding pages.

sBTC

We coached the sBTC team through the full research process, collaborating weekly to build a repeatable practice to move from assumptions to research questions to deep insights.

The sBTC ecosystem came out of our engagement with lessons, templates, and experience that is allowing them to do their own user research through the development of Hiro and Stacks.

Status

We helped Status understand what it would take for users to switch from incumbent tools to a new product by conducting Jobs-to-be-done focused user interviews.

Our results guided the direction of Status’ next product launch, allowing them to make higher impact tradeoffs by focusing on users most likely to convert to a new tool.
